Secure Hardware Encrypted USB Flash Drive - Defender 2000™

FIPS 140-2 Level 3, Common Criteria Certified, Secure USB Flash Drive

Quick Overview

The FIPS 140-2 / Common Criteria Certified Defender 2000™ secure flash drive is the world's most advanced, AES 256-bit hardware encrypted USB device in the world. With FIPS 140-2 Level 3, Common Criteria Certification, TAA Compliance and more, the Defender 2000 demonstrates its outstanding ability to meet and surpass stringent federal, healthcare and financial industry security regulations.

Well beyond simple password protection, its government-grade certification, anti-virus and brute-force protections, waterproof / tamper-proof casing, and solid tactile finish make it an impressive USB device to meet the most rigorous data security needs and requirements of any organization. The Defender 2000 is easy to use, works on most OS platforms, and can be remotely managed along with other secure USB devices from anywhere in the world. Furthermore, all Kanguru Defender USB drives are fully protected from any potential risk of "BadUSB" with digitally signed secure firmware.

Full Product Description

The Kanguru Defender 2000™ is the most advanced, easy-to-use, secure, hardware encrypted flash drive in the world. Designed to address the most demanding security standards, this AES 256-bit hardware encrypted flash drive is ideal for keeping sensitive government, financial or corporate information highly secure.

Being the first hardware encrypted USB flash drive to achieve Common Criteria Accreditation, It combines several high level hardware encryption models and certifications including FIPS 140-2 Level 3, and Common Criteria, and is TAA Compliant. It also includes robust anti-virus and tamper-resistant protection, as well as remote management capabilities for the most comprehensive security solution available in a hardware encrypted flash drive.

Furthermore, all Kanguru Defender USB drives are fully protected from any potential risks associated with "BadUSB". The Defender 2000 proves unequivocally that it meets and surpasses the most stringent federal, healthcare and financial industry security regulations in the world.

256-bit AES Hardware Encryption

AES 256-bit Hardware encryption is the backbone of the Defender 2000's security, providing top tier performance unmatched by software encryption solutions. In addition, Password matching and security functions are contained in the cryptographic chip, meaning that the encryption can not be compromised, further ensuring your data's security.

FIPS 140-2 Certification, Level 3 (Cert # 1981)

The Kanguru Defender 2000 hardware encrypted flash drive has achieved Level 3, FIPS 140-2 Certification.

FIPS 140-2 is a joint Certification program between NIST (National Institute of Standards) in the United States, and CSE (Communications Security Establishment) in Canada. It provides government guidelines regarding the security evaluation for cryptographic modules. Kanguru Solutions demonstrates that by meeting the level 3 threshold of FIPS 140-2, the Defender 2000 has strong, tamper evident protections in place to prevent unauthorized access, attack, or brute force attempts to gain access to the sensitive data.

Remotely Manageable

Using Kanguru Remote Management Console™ (KRMC)™, this optional feature gives you the ability to control an entire fleet of Defender 2000 hardware encrypted flash drive(s) from anywhere in the world. As the administrator, you can remotely delete drives that have been lost or stolen, manage passwords (strength, updates and remote resets), and ensure drives are in compliance with set security policies and much more.
